Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and send items back to us within 14 days of delivery. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective: bespoke or personalised orders, intimate items such as earrings (for health/hygiene reasons), digital downloads, soaps, and items on sale. Please note that Glo Cre8s cannot refund any postage and packaging charges.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend that you use recorded delivery for your own protection. Glo Cre8s cannot accept responsibility for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If items are not returned in original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Because most items are made to order, Glo Cre8s does not accept cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order before you receive your "shipped" notification email.
